Worse costumer service at this location . I had order stake bowl with white rice. But the rice was undercooked. When back to get different order. But the manager Ricardo sent me back to the line while they were just casually talking. He didn’t even apologized. They could’ve make my order right away instead sending me back to the line and make wait when the issue was coming from them.

As you can see from the picture below my chicken bowl was lacking one very important ingredient, chicken. I got maybe two table spoons of chicken in the inter bowl. All though I was charged for a chicken bowl. I ordered using the app so I was not given a receipt. There for complaining to corporate I can not do. The other picture was a chicken burrito I order. It was tiny & not filling and also lacking chicken. I’ve never ordered from this location before. I will not be coming back. Seriously, how dare you take my money & not even but the protein in it. I didn’t ask for chicken items with extra light chicken. That what I got. I would like a refund or something because you gave me beans & rice & cheese. Tried to hide the fact you did not but much chicken in there at all. It really simple you know. You wait for the person to show up & go sorry we are all out of chicken. Can I offer you something else. Not give me a kids size burrito & a bowl with 2 table spoons of chicken in it. I hope you see this & make it right. Shame on you for ripping people off.

If I’m paying for the extra scoop of rice, please for the love of all that is good. Make it a full scoop. This is the second time I’ve came where the third scoop is quite literally 1/2 of a normal scoop. It’s an extra $2 for 1/2 of a scoop, that just blows my mind. This location is the only one where this happens to me.

It was weeks ago we came in and the whole place smelled of sewage. People were working on it, so we assumed it was being fixed. Today we went in and the smell of sewage was so bad walking in the door we couldn’t stay. How is this not against some health code? Completely gross.

Thier debit card reader was down and they didn’t even have a sign up to notify customers. Once I had already ordered my meal and it was being prepped, did they tell me it was cash only. They were very rude that i didn’t have all the cash on me and had to get change out of my car to complete the transaction
