The server (a tall W guy) for today 7/14/23 was rude, getting an attitude with me ordering food for my family, even apologizing to the person behind me for what? for taking my order (like really dude). Sorry for trying to feed my family. The rest of the ladies were awesome, with great customer service. Thank u, lady’s.

Stopped in for a burrito for dinner and this location didn’t disappoint. They loaded the burrito with so much fillings it could barely be rolled. It was the largest burrito I ever had at a chipotle, I couldn’t even finish it. Only downside side was a leaking drink cup, but added a second cup and all good.

I have been going to this restaurant for years, usually a pretty good experience. But, when something goes wrong, management does not care. I ordered my food on the Chipotle app and I arrived at 12:20 when the order was supposed to be ready. Nothing. 12:25, asked someone about it, they said “Let me go check”, disappeared and never came back. 10 minutes later, asked someone else, same thing. Finally, I got a manager and she looked at me with more apathy than I have every seen in a customer service position and said “our system is down, we don’t have your order.” I said, “OK, well, here is my receipt. What can we do about it?”. She said “You can wait in line and order it and pay for it again.” I asked what to do about the first charge and she said “I can’t do anything about it, you’ll have to call Chipotle”. So I waited in a huuuuge line, paid for my food…again.. and then called chipotle corporate who refunded my money. I think what upsets me the most is no one in the store even said “I’m sorry that happened”. Nothing, just annoyed I was there.

We arrived late and they were out of a lot of products making it hard to get the food we wanted. We had to make a big compromise to eat. The staff was very friendly so that helped make up for the deficiency.

Let’s start with Attitudes, bunch of teens when I came in, need I say more. Portions were awful. I had to ask for more beans with his teaspoon scoop. The next guy I ask to mix everything. It was liked he never mixed anything up in his life. Had it double wrapped so everything should be a snug secured wrap, Nope. Opened foil to a blooming burrito. Juices poured like I struck oil. Found out my double meat was just a chunk of Fat. The young teen girl when paying had the “Ok ByE!” Snappy attitude after my app wasn’t loading the scan code.

The energy at the chipotle today is infectious and put me in a better mood. Maybe it’s because they are fully staffed but there’s like 6 employees on the assembly line and they are killing it and having fun, greeting people enthusiastically and working like a well oiled machine. I always appreciate the warm energy of the lady that does the salsas.
