Unbelievably poor service and management. They barely put any rice or steak and I kindly asked for a little bit more and she refused. Said she could add a little more for double meat. I said I just want single meat portion, not little kids. They refused and now I have the skinniest burrito ever! And this was on top of them not having white rice or barbacoa, both of which I would have ordered. It starts with mgmt. My favorite fast food is now my avoid. Sad day. As you can see from photo it’s barely filled with any food. Normally they struggle wrapping them they are so full.

Stopped by for some chips and queso. It was evident that the chips had been bagged for quite some time. This combined with the humidity if the day caused the chips to taste a bit stale and they lost some of their crunch. The staff was working very hard to meet all the needs of their clients but it fell a little short.

This location is always out of things. Lettuce, white rice, guacamole, ice, chicken, cheese, and the portion sizes for every topping is not enough compared to other Chipotles. Was not satisfied with this Chipotle at all.

I was reserved about coming here for lunch today because I read a lot of bad reviews for this place. However, I had a really good experience at this location. I came at a very busy time around 12:15, and the workers were great at getting people through efficiently and were friendly and kind. Because it was lunch rush I noticed while I was in line that they were also very good at restocking food when it began to get low which I have noticed at different locations that this doesn’t always happen. The food was hot and tasty. Overall it was a very satisfying meal and experience. I’m glad I came here for lunch despite past bad reviews.

Staff was great. However, whoever does their ordering needs to do a better job because they are frequently out of steak, cheese, and chips. That’s pretty unreal to be when some of those are basic ingredients.

This chipotle used to be great! Now I genuinely feel bad for the employees you can tell they are stressed and arguing with eachother. They are out of a lot of basic ingredients. And it did seem like they were trying to close around 8pm when it says they are open until 10pm… there needs to be some type of management.

Some people who use to work here were really nice and amazing. For someone who comes 3x a week they use to have amazing customer service. Now they don’t even give you a full serving of meat, queso or guacamole. Then if you ask for a little more they say they need to charge you double when queso and guac is already extra. It’s unbelievable how stingy they’re when you’re paying for a $12 burrito. At least give me a full scoop of meat please
