This has been the 4th time since I have been SUPER disappointed in this chipotle location. I have completed an online order and each time it’s been completely wrong. In this photo you will see 4 small pieces of steak in my quesadilla. I am a loyalty customer and have received rewards multiple times. If you get chipotle, DO NOT order from this store. Do not give them more then 2, 3, or 4 more chances. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Arrived at 830pm and was refused steak and cheese due to being out of the item. Location doesn’t close till 10pm. Still proceeded spent $64 and unfortunately not much carried a open status in this area of type not going to stay open till ten then change the hours

I was traveling and wanted a quick meal and haven’t had Chipotle in a while. Chipotle is generally one of my favorite fast food places, but not this one. The rice wasn’t cooked all the way, some of the drinks were out, and there was spilled food on the ground that had clearly been on the ground for a while. Overall pretty disappointed in this location.

Such a change in standards since I worked there! My food was bland, my rice was crunchy, they forgot my fajitas and the restaurant was a mess. I understand being short staffed, I understand the chaos of a rush, I understand wanting to serve as quickly as possible, but I would have waited an extra 10-20 minutes for fresh food. Super disappointing. I hope you can turn it around, I love chipotle!

Great employees here. Always have an amazing time in the customer service area. Unfortunately they are always out of something that’s integral for a good burrito and alot of the food just doesn’t taste as it should. There isn’t alot of seating and I had to take out instead of enjoy a lunch with my friends which isn’t the fault of the people but ruined what could’ve been a better experience for me.

The food was good, but the service is too unpredictable. We’ve been there and had amazing service, and then other times we get horrible service. One of the young male workers made our burrito so small it looked like it was for a child. I said something about it, and they just looked at me, but it was the size of the palm of my hand, and it was supposed to be a regular chicken burrito? They didn’t even offer to remake it knowing it was unacceptable. I was not pleased because they charged me as if they gave me a regular sized burrito. WTH? That same day we ordered a side of queso, and they ran out and only gave me half of a small plastic cup, but charged me full price? Some of their workers are just ridiculous.

Every time I order food from this Chipotle, I am disappointed. There’s been countless times that they have run out of ingredients and cannot complete my order. I have also received the WORST customer service at this location specifically. I worked in the hospitality/restaurant business for many years and would never treat people the way I have been treated here. Hoping this Chipotle gets their act together but I absolutely do not recommend them until they do.
