Usually a great restaurant but not today. Not busy at all and a lot of standing around but the staff were unaware that the alcohol dispensers, the Dr. Pipp and the Mandarin Agua Fresca were empty. The trash was also overflowing. It bugs just a bit when passing through and you’re looking forward to the caffeine pick me up. Not the end of the world and at least the food was good.

I don’t understand why this location is always out of ingredients. The meat there looked like it was there all day. Not fresh. I have been to Chipotle in other states, and I expect and get great service, all ingredients, and clean dining areas. Not the case here. They were out of guacamole, Iced Tea and hard taco shells. This was during dinner time around 7pm, not near closing. What’s going on!?!

So I travel a lot for work and go to Chipotle more than I would like to admit. So when I say this is the worst Chipotle I’ve been to, I speak from experience from all over the country. First thing I noticed was the list of items they were currently out of. No big deal as most of them I don’t really order anyway. Upon entering it looked like most Chipotles when they are slammed during lunch and they just can’t keep up with the flow, understandable. However, this one was dead, not one person ordering. Most of the food on the line looked empty and what was there, looked like it had been for most of the day. I had already made up my mind and didn’t want to go any further as this store was directly across from my hotel. The food had a weird undesirable taste. The people working were just standing around complaining about how dead it was, yet, not one of them decided to take the time to clean the dining area. If I managed that store I would be ashamed. If I was the owner I would have serious issues with nothing getting done. The manager on duty needs serious retraining. Pretty sad.

Ordered lunch today and wasn’t impressed. When I ordered it took someone a few minutes to come out from the back to take our order (there was no line). I also got double meat and really got one serving of meat because they were almost out. Ordered take out and once I got home after a 5 min drive, realized my food was ice cold. Cant warm it up with guacamole on top. Not to mention they were basically out of all their ingredients.
