Was appalled by the service today. Came in and my order was redirected to Utah. Clearly an issue from technology but the response left me horrified. They would not refund the order and could not remake it, and when confronted they kicked me at while being calm. It is ridiculous and clearly a problem management needs to work with. The arrogant old manager can’t even handle a food service management position. Embarrassing.

We ordered online and set our time frame for 6:00 p.m. and I arrived about 5 minutes early. The food came out exactly the specifications at exactly 6:00 p.m. everything tasted absolutely amazing and the inside of the store was very clean. It was my first time trying a burrito bowl and I definitely recommend it

We ordered one bowl thru the app to be picked up at 6:20pm. When we arrived it was not on the shelf. After waiting till 6:35 with a group of other people waiting, we were told it was on the line just about to be made. After waiting even longer, we were told again it was about to be made. Meanwhile customers are walking in, ordering, and leaving with their food. The bowl was finally made at 6:55. We could have gone to a nice sit down restaurant and had quicker service than that.

We stopped going to Chipotle during covid. They were horrible, the local Boise and Meridian locations. Just left the Boise on Milwaukee. The place was extremely messy. location. Our bowls were just pulled through the mess. One of our bowls was upside down in the bag. And it was cold, not a little cold, but all the way through. Wish your commercials were reality.

Pretty standard chipotle experience! The food was excellent, hot and serve fresh. Even though there was a little bit of a line the staff did a great job. Didn’t have to wait too long but as always, it was worth it. The restaurant is always clean and the employees always in a great mood. Definitely a good place to go for lunch and dinner!

I was shocked at how effortless they made my burrito. I was not excited with the limited selection, burrito or bowl, but the burrito was filling and tasty. I got chips on the side, and while I love the flavor they tasted a bit stale. The chips tasted like they were bagged hours earlier.
