They forgot to put food in my bag several times. It’s partly my fault for not checking the contents, but when it’s a kids meal and I would have to open up the compartment in addition to looking in the bag … Chipotle corporate’s response is to give me a BOGO. How about a refund? And forget trying to call to speak to anyone. You never get anyone and are always sent to voicemail.

So I really like this place and come here all the time. Today was just like any other day where I order a bowl with steak and chicken, except this time they decided to tack on an additional 5 flipping dollars for the steak, claiming it was “extra” even though they hardly put a full scoop. I was very confused by why my bowl which is usually around $12 was $17, and when I asked about it they said it was double meat. I understand charging the extra, but 5 whole dollars seems like quite the up mark. Don’t worry though the food was still delicious and I will keep coming back, I just felt that this experience was worth noting as my one in a hundred bad experience eating at this place. Still love yall, just felt that it’s outrageous to charge that much for “extra” steak.

Today I went into Chipotle to have my usual chicken bowl order. When I asked for the lettuce, i noticed there wasn’t any left except for a few scrap pieces that she managed to collect from the bottom. I asked her If I could have some more lettuce and she replied “sorry we dont have any more lettuce”. I go ,” you have no more lettuce?” and she was like, “yup”. I hardly doubt that at 4pm on a Wednesday they are somehow out of lettuce. She seemed like she just couldn’t be bothered to get another bag of lettuce out.

It’s weird to go into a place and have them scoop up pico and put queso on your dish and then charge you an additional six dollars. I never asked for it it just showed up. I assumed it came with it. It’s weird and really bad business practice I won’t be coming here again! It cost me $30 for two people which is fine if I knew what I was paying for that didn’t include drinks or anything. I do not like to pull today! Really rude food service

It only takes one bad salad to make you mad. First my salad arrive from door dash with no dressing. Cool. But upon further inspection there were like 7 spinach leaves as my greens. Also the salad was completely mixed up already. The worst part was the 1/2 cup of liquid that was at the bottom. Unfortunately I went to get my dinner at Chipotle today and was left without… apparently there only doing online or orders through their app wich only accepts Google pay and will not process my card… app broken… so I ordered online from cafe Rio with same card and went through just fine..
