This Chipotle totally stiffed us on the portion size for this delivery order. I wasn’t in the store to watch this be made so they know they can get away with this type of behavior. I called to discuss but they would never answer the phone. Then I did a chat through the Chipotle app, where I was told that the store would reach out to me to resolve, but they never called.

Digital only. Fun thing to figure out when you show up. After placing my order, I waited outside for about 10 minutes, then went inside to get it when it said it would be ready. Three of the employees were standing around talking to each other, the cashier was the only one working, taking phone calls. Not sure where the manager is.

So glad there is now a Chipotle on the west side of town! However, this one is quite small, not a ton of seating. Their kid’s cheese quesadilla is so tiny, my one year old was wanting more I couldn’t give to her at that price (I realize this is the case at all Chipotles). My burrito was pretty good, I feel like they skimped on some of the toppings, which is atypical. All in all, we’d good there again, but maybe bring more food of our own for my one year old.

I want to take the time to recognize Gabby, the female employee that went above and beyond my expectations and provided exceptional service. I walked into the store, I had about 4 different orders to place, I was frustrated first because the online procedure is IMPOSSIBLE to use a gift card, so she apologized and said she felt the same. She then took each of the 4 orders I was making one by one and did it with accuracy, and she was fast and didn’t make any mistakes, and she added her suggestions. for example…I placed a children’s order for my grandson,… he wanted tortilla and meat, nothing else. She said you might has well get your money worth on that kid’s meal, and got the add ons used for someone else in our group…..so I was pleased to have the rice and beans and its drink. I also orderd 2 bowls, that went well. Then I asked to buy a side of meat for my dog…. she brought up she has a dog, and that another customer buys for their dog, and that she recommended the less flavored meat is better for the dog,…I was impressed , I think it was the carnita if I remember right. anyway, she was right. Also,… she was very professional, polite, suggestive, and made what could have been a long visit, into a short in and out and another reason I’ll go out of my way for Chipotle vs something closer to daybreak area where I live. THANK YOU GABBY. I didn’t have cash with me, so I asked her to add the tip onto my gift cards, she said the system wouldn’t allow it. So I said I’d write in a compliment instead. Please award her a RAISE and promotion. She was working a FRIDAY night, 8pm, with professionalism, and value added support for Chipotle and great customer satisfaction. I only run into employees like her once or twice a year compared to hundreds of purchases I make each year at restaurants. She deserves to be Manager and she deserves a raise in her wages. I’ll be returning to Chipotle aften because of professionals like her. Outstanding. I only make compliments online maybe once every 1-3 years. She earned it. Thank you Gabby. I hope this goes well in the future for you. You deserve the awards, I wish the world was full of employees like you, we’d buy more often from venues that you hold a torch for. I was impressed.

I am allergic to dairy. So my steak bowl contained no dairy. As I sat at the drive up window, I watched the older man make our food. There was a bowl sitting on the counter with a pile of cheese on it. He walked over to it and began picking off the cheese and putting it back into the cheese container. There was still cheese on the bowl, but he picked off the bigger pile of it. I was really, really hoping it wasn’t mine. But it was. He put the top on it and handed it to me.
