Went here for dinner because I had a gift card and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and there was no wait time. I got a sofritas bowl which is my go to and I quite enjoyed it. The serving size was also very satisfactory and it left me with leftovers for tomorrow.

Our work office moved by this chipotle and I was very impressed. The guy that was taking my order was very helpful! My only thing is they were out of fajita mix. Come on it’s noon. Lol. I was impressed how friendly the staff was. I could see why this place gets a bad wrap because it gets busy with where the location is. I’ll see when I go here again if my mind changes.

Employees started cleaning up and making items unavailable two hours before closing. Asked for a steak bowl with white rice. Got brown rice and no steak. Couldn’t even get anyone to answer the phone!

This place is super dirty. Especially where they have their lemonades. I was truly disgusted how another worker called out the worker that was making my burrito for being late extremely unprofessional. Plus she was on her phone where all the food is being handled. I felt a bit uncomfortable eating my food. Definitely don’t recommend! Food didn’t hit the spot!

Opening a few minutes late. One employee was standing on the counter where the food is served from. The person that opened the door with the keys had gloves on held the door then proceeded to go back and add spices from a jar with the same gloves on. The employee that made my food did not ask the size of anything I wanted or give any kind of help or direction or service in general. Then when I went to pay the employee asked what is that? Extremely rudely Every employee there seemed openly hostile. The chicken (original) was burned black and tasted as of it were the scrapings off of the grill. The guacamole was good as were the veggies. But, after witnessing how little they care about sanitation, I should have left without ordering

It’s noon, lunch time and this restaurant is disgusting. Complete dirty table and full trash cans, without chips, or sauces, they did not have the green Tabasco and the red Tabasco only left over from the bottle. Too bad, if that’s the case, the front of the restaurant I can’t imagine what the kitchen will be like, neither Costa Vida nor Cafe Rio are so dirty. I will definitely not return to this restaurant label, their prices are a little more expensive and they are supposed to have better service, that is why one pays more. Rancheritos is also not that dirty. and I can’t imagine how dirty the kitchen is

The employee had a star sticker stuck to his chin so I knew this was going to be interesting. It was my first time here and wanted a chicken bowl. This guy kept throwing things in the bowl before I even said “yes”. When we get to the end of the line he then decides to mention that all of my extra items would cost me $6 on top of the bowl. I have never looked into the eyes of someone less intelligent I almost blacked out. He then lists all the extra items that technically costed extra. I paid for it and left because I knew and argument with him would go nowhere. Turns out it was nasty anyways. The chicken was burnt and the vegetables were soggy don’t ever eat here.

If you show up anytime from open to close, you will likely experience an item not being available at this location. Additionally, if it is within 8-10 hours of closing this problem could be severe. Final note, if you attempt to eat here within an hour of closing, there is a 2% chance you’ll be eating what you had planned. There are good people with important lives that work here. For that I give 3 stars.

Never go to this Chipotle. Horrible service, made all the food wrong. Rice was hard, meat was old, hard, dry. Beans were old and hard. This has happened so many times at this location. Tried to choke it down and couldn’t even eat more than a couple bites. Paying this much for inedible food because of laziness or indifference with no recourse is criminal.

You can’t order or sit inside, supposedly due to staffing shortages; I wouldn’t be surprised if ownership just didn’t want to pay extra staff. There’s limited outdoor seating. The interior is in disrepair: my daughter’s drink spilled all over her while trying to fill it up, because the drink area was broken. One meal was wrong. Both my wife’s and my burritos had been cut by a knife, so when I took a bite juices squirted out of it. When we asked for extra tortillas for them, they’d only give one. Just go to the Provo one.
