I use to work at a Chipotle many years ago. I ordered 3 burritos for me and my co-workers and spent about $60 on the order. The potions of food that we got were definitely NOT enough according to Chipotle standards and practices. The burrito was also not folded properly which caused it to come apart. This is not acceptable…I only got 4 pieces of steak, when I paid for 4 ounces. Very disappointed

Made an online order an hour prior to closing. Got charged 3 times. Arrived at the restaurant and the employees had closed early with my order still inside on the shelf. Absolutely unbelievable. Pounded on the door to get my order and they messed the entire thing off. No toppings. Didn’t include any of our extras. I’m so upset.

Easily the worst Chipotle I’ve ever patronized. I’ve been here several times, and every single time have had to deal with employees who have bad attitudes and try to short change you on your serving size. Today was the last straw: I’ll never eat at this Chipotle again.

Ordered meat and beans on everything and only a couple pieces ended up on the taco. Ordered guacamole on the burrito. Ordered corn on the bowl. Everything was ice cold and missing all the above. This is a poor excuse for anything edible. Good luck eating at this location.

Placed an online order picked up my food then drove home just to find out they gave me the wrong order (i have a serious food allergy) so i went back and had them remake just for them to give me another wrong order, So i called their customer support line for a refund and they put me on hold for over 30 minutes just for them to end the call, So i called them back again and AGAIN they put me on hold for 30 minutes. All i was asking for was a refund, this place has turned into such a joke

Absolutely horrible. They failed to complete my entire order and when we asked customer service to fulfill what was missing we got told they would resubmit the order, only to have the store cancel it. Their ‘resolution’ was to add a free entree onto my account, I’d only need to pay another service fee, delivery fee and tip a delivery driver to get the food I already paid for.
