If you’re going to put salsa without a lid in a bag, DO NOT TURN THE SALSA SIDEWAYS to load it in the bag. This ruins the food. They dumped salsa everywhere, leaked all over my car, got all over everything, and food was soggy. Quality here has gone very down hill.

This is again the worst chipotle in America but they don’t care if you look over the reviews. I went in and ordered 2 chicken salads. I had to beg for her to put in enough lettuce to make it a salad. They were out of veggies and scraped the bottom of the bowl for a few. They were out of chicken and finally found some in the back. Then I get to the counter and they inform me that they don’t have the dressing. So I left.

HATE THEIR FOOD NOW!!!! We used to love their food so much that almost every weekend we would get food from here. Last year, they started messing up the orders and started reducing portion size to almost half. We stopped ordering and gave feedback on the app. The customer service guys also found opportunity to sell more burritos by giving 2 buy one get one coupons that would expire in next 1 month. We tried giving one more chance today after approx 6 months. They again messed up the order. I AM NEVER GOING TO CHIPOTLE AGAIN!!!!! See what we ordered and what we got in the pictures

Great food, staff was great. Clean bathrooms too. Only weird thing was the couple screaming in the parking lot at each other while we were walking into store. I never thought I’d say this, but Chipotle hiring a security guard or bouncer would be a nice addition. Especially in sketchy neighbor hoods like Cottonwood Heights.

I love eating here! The freshest and the best but there are management issues. They are continually understaffed and you can only order online and that’s like a hour wait. It’s common business logic of supply and demand. You never turn customers away because you’re too busy. You hire more employees. Even if you have to pay more a hour, with such high demand you’ll make up the cost.
