Haven’t been to Chipotle in months due to the app not working. Finally come in wanting my usual.

Yum! Chipotle is always a fresh, healthy option. So excited to have one close. My burrito was huge and super yummy. Restaurant was clean. Location is a little tricky with construction. There were 5 workers and no line and we had to wait like 3 minutes. Overall very good.

The location is brand new in Spanish Fork and they are very busy so service is not quite the best but I’m sure it will get a lot better and we are excited to have them here in town.

I ordered two bowls and a quesadilla. I was surprised when the server told me that quesadillas are only made from on-line orders. Because they take so long when there’s delay for the customers waiting in line. But, it was my lucky day since there wasn’t a line. My question is this, how could it take so long when all they do is dish the ingredients on a tortilla and heat it in a microwave?

We’ve been here three times over the past month (moved and everyone likes it) and each time we go, our portions are wildly different. The first time we went, the bowls were great! Normal portions, everything was fresh.

I ordered a burrito with extra fixings, which was very good, but when it costs $50 for 4 people i expect the order to be on point. I’d selected “double wrap” for my burrito, and it was not. If you order a large burrito they tend to fall apart. It can also be difficult to use the foil to keep it together because the amount of foil is extremely efficient. My burrito ultimately fell apart on to my shirt and pants and I ended up eating it out of a bowl with a fork. I was glad I waited to eat it until I got home. The burrito was very good.

So I find it rare to have a great customer service experience, but this was one of them. To the lady at the cash register thank you for your professionalism and the service you rendered. I hope they prompt you. Good people work at this location.

Their portions are ridiculously small at least 50% smaller than average. They cut up all the fat & cartilage in with meat so you’re constantly pulling bits out of your mouth. This was the burrito we got last time we went there it was like 12 bucks.

I paid like $26 for one bowl with ex meat (which I don’t think I got, but maybe I’m being greedy) and a large chips and guacamole. A little pricey, but whatever. I haven’t had chipotle in 84 years, so maybe I’m just out of the loop. The reason I’m giving this 3 stars is there was plastic in my food, and I also didn’t get any utensils. On the day they opened. Come on guys. Have a LITTLE pride in your work.

We put in an online order yesterday that had two kids meal apple juices and two 22oz limeades. When we got to the window the worker was already in pretty grumpy mood for whatever reason and asked “what are your two sodas”. I was confused as I had never ordered a soda. I told her the kids meals are applejuices thinking that’s what she was referring to. When I checked the bag and saw 4 applejuices instead of 2, I realized I might have misunderstood. I gave her back the apple juice and told her we were missing the 2 limeades and she was super sassy and said “yeah, that’s what I was talking about earlier!” I apologized for the confusion (why am I the one with customer service here?) and clarified that they were limeades. Obviously I have no idea what they see on their end so how I was supposed to know she didn’t see they were limeades when that’s clearly what I put on my order. She then gave us two 12 ounce water cups of limeade. I told her we paid for 22 ounces and showed her the order and she argued that what she gave me was 22. It wasn’t. The water cups are 12. So just a warning not to order drinks online or they may steal your money and give you much smaller drinks than what you paid for.
