I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Chipotle. The server seemed irritated by my order and this marks the second time in a row that she’s negatively judged my choices. It’s disheartening to receive such poor service and attitude when all I wanted was a simple meal. I hope the staff can improve their customer service skills and treat all customers with respect and professionalism.

I hadn’t eaten at Chipotle in several years but, since I (like everyone else) was happy to see more restaurants coming to the west side of town, I decided to give your new location a try. So, you got a sale that day, but unfortunately you did not gain a customer. The burrito I got was lukewarm, somewhat dry inside, and generally lackluster. Good thing I had a jar of salsa at home to go with it, since you apparently don’t have a fresh salsa bar anymore either. I don’t think the food was worth what I paid. What stands out most, though, was that the crew seemed very glum, uninspired, and generally depressing. A fun experience with an upbeat crew probably would have made up for the mediocre food. Good luck in your new place, but I probably won’t be back. (Also, FYI, if you had at least offered a discount code after I took your survey on your receipt, I would have gone back to redeem it, and that might even have changed my POV here. But now I have zero reason to return.)

So dumb. We ordered 60$ of food with the delivery fee. Got the food and my bowl had literally 7 pieces of bite size chicken, one scoop of rice, a mound of dry lettuce and nothing else. Seriously, for as expensive as it is, wouldn’t you think there would be more? Or like actually made right?

We were right in between the two locations, but decided to give this new location a try. It was delicious! I will say though, the pickup area has shelves with letters on them and if your name starts with say an E you might not be able to reach it haha. It was a bit messy inside, especially considering we were the only ones in there.
