I felt bad for the employees. They were working hard and there were not enough of them. As a result the entire restaurant was pretty gross. Food everywhere unwiped tables. Floors dirty. i don’t write bad reviews often but this is worth mentioning. me and a couple of friends were inside chipotle trying to check out. THE EMPLOYEES *emphasis on employees* put them on the same tab without asking. they were VERY frustrated when we told them that wasn’t how it was supposed to be. after they split the order we were opening our apps to scan them when one of the employees said “what’s taking so long” when the cashier says “im waiting for them to hurry up with their STUPID app” in the most disrespectful tone. not to mention he rolled his eyes and threw his hands in the air because he was so mad. seriously could not beileve what i heard and saw. Our response was “that was incredibly rude, i hope you guys do something about it”. We are young, 20-25 years old and all of us have managed in the food industry, this is absolutely no way to treat a customer and it makes me never want to come back. oh i almost forgot we didn’t even get to scan our apps because we couldn’t stand to be in there any longer. this shop wasn’t even busy. I love chipotle and it’s really too bad this is how people get treated around there

Horrible experience at this location! Whoever manages this place sure needs to be sat down and talked to. Food was disgusting, employees rude, and the entire store looked like a pig pen. Have been to many Chipotle’s since we are from California where they abound and this one totally disappoints. Let’s just say I would highly advise others to stay away if they are looking for a satisfying meal.

Food quality is fine but don’t order online if you want double anything. I’ve wasted my money almost 10 times asking for double protein and I sometimes seem to get less than a regular scoop. Shorting online orders is sneaky and I’ve heard that they do this elsewhere. Besides for that food is as it should be

This place is disgusting! The employees are rude and the facility is filthy. There was food all over the counter next to the cashier and she plopped my cup down top first into the food and shrugged her shoulders and walked away when I asked for a cup without food on it. They were out of ice. All of the tables were dirty. They rushed you through the line when there wasn’t but 3 customers. The brown rice was hard. The manager here should be fired because they clearly have no management skills.

Usually I like going to Chipotle, but since this one opened up I have not been as willing to go there. The staff has not been friendly and the prices to add a little scoop of queso or guacamole are ridiculous. When I order a kids meal I usually order it with crunchy taco shells because I have an allergy to flour and everytime but once I have gone in and they have been out. They were also out of white rice, which had way to much lime, and steak last time I went at only 6 with no rush of customers. I also like to order meat, brown rice and queso for my three sides in the kids meal but it is so expensive to pay to extra dollars for the little amount of queso you get, especially as it being one of your sides. I’m not asking for it in addition to the meal, since it is build your own you should be able to get what ever three sides you want with out paying extra.
