I have been here before and many other Chipotle’s as well. The service tonight was underwhelming. They appeared to be short staffed and not well organized or working as a cohesive team. You name it. It didn’t happen here tonight. The food was good. However, it just wasn’t hitting the mark. We had a long wait in line, followed by a long wait at the cash register. They were out of ice, and the tables and floor were dirty. I guess it will be a few more months before we go back here. The guacamole has gotten stupid expensive $2.65 as an addition to your burrito is ridiculous. But if you get a veggie burrito, it comes with it.

This place used to be great. Not so much anymore. The rice was way undercooked, like still crunchy. The new way they fold the quesadillas (in quarters) is weird and feels like they waste half the tortilla. When we asked why they were folding it like that the employee was short with us and just said “corporate policy”. The meat was poorly cut, employees were having arguments, and we were told “sorry corporate” about three times. The kids meal is also now much smaller than it used to be. It’s time for Chipotle to get back to their roots.

DIRTY! There was a chunk of meat in my salsa! I assume it was spooned up after it fell in. Guacamole and sour cream wiped all over my bag. Burrito exploded halfway through… These workers are sloppy! Pay them better and it’s likely they will care more.

People are always rude. Their chicken is not the correct size and is always way to chopped up. Today was my final straw because I had placed an order online. It was a white rice chicken bowl and I received little to no chicken in my bowl. The second complaint I have is that the white rice had huge cilantro stems that were nasty. I have added a photo. Overall terrible experience.

In the past year this chipolte has made a turn for the worst. Never any staff, usually 1 person doing every job. Every staff member acts annoyed that your there ordering. Food is never consistent or always out of stock. We drive 8 miles further to another location vs the 1 mile to this one now..just bad.

It’s weird because I’ve had good experiences at this location but today (10/6/22 around 5 PM) the staff was so distracted talking about high school, being a senior, girls, how the guy didn’t like his date, etc. The whole while I am waiting for them to acknowledge me and start my order. Mind you no one else was in line. When they finally started my order the girl was still distracted with the boy she was talking to that she completely messed up my order because she wasn’t listening to me obviously. I don’t care if they are taking and not being professional but if they can’t multitask and do their job and respect customers that is not okay. To top it of the girl at the register charged me for a chicken bowl when it says “V” for veggie and I would like a refund.

This place used to be good. Now takeout orders are always 10 or more minutes late. Last time they gave me a quesadilla instead of a bowl and left out a drink. Poor service, really poor service.

Horrible!! I have celiacs disease and they treated me as I was a inconvenience. On top of all that nothing was made I mean EVERYTHING was out…… they said wait is 15 min. They my husband asked for his burrito to be double wrapped 3xs they wouldn’t. All the workers could do is argue and treat one another like dirt as well as the customers……. disappointed
