Really disappointed with this Chipotle. Ordered through the app for pick-up, spending over $11 per bowl, and it was like they sprinkled some rice over chicken with a handful of lettuce on top. I’ve never gotten so little food from a Chipotle before. I won’t be returning here, and honestly feel like I deserve a refund.

I’ve known this chipotle is literally horrible and it’s been awhile so I forgot NOT to go. I get a barbacoa bowl. Instead of nicely shredded barbacoa they throw in a whole SLAB. The other side of the slab is literally gooey and fatty. No rice. No cheese. The quesadilla in my order was a nightmare as well. A huge hunk of cheese. Huge. Melty and looking disgusting. Not eating any of it. And of course you can’t call and talk to someone on the phone to let them know maybe what not to do. So here I am complaining on line. Please do better. It’s not cheap.

Worst chipotle ever. The staff is rude and uninterested to be there. Food is horrible. In addition to that, they left onion covers in the food. I always had an amazing experience at every other chipotle but this one is just horrendous. Wait lines is huge too.

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to and it’s not even close. Think of any problem a Chipotle could have and 10X it for this location. Then think about the amount of time you feel would be appropriate for fixing the insurmountable number of issues and 10X it for this location.

I Came in for a bean n cheese burrito, and they wanted to charge me over $9 for it. At first the cash register lady was going to charge me as of it were two sides would probably be $4 maybe $5. But then the manager came up and said “no that’s a protein. So it will be $9.45 as soon as I said oh no I’m good then and walked away. The cash register lady offered it to one of the employees on the line. “Do you want it?” The food I’m sure is still great but the service is bleh as well as management. At least at this location. So now I’m off to Taco Bell and risk getting some diarrhea… pray for me and also pray for this branch.

Even one star is not deserving for this place. I went there to order dinner to go. Let me be direct. This is the Chipotle on Scottsdale Rd and Thomas Rd.. Due to the lowest quality, between the ingredients on the food, and the employee’s rudest quality of customer service, I’m really surprised how this place stays in business. I will not go back at this location, and I will share this experience among friends and others as well. Chipotle is usually a very nice place to eat or dine but just not this one on *Scottsdale Rd and Thomas Rd*. Chipotle either clean up this place or shut it down. Word of mouth goes a long way. It’s just a matter of time when the health department gets involved.

Never really had a problem with food at chipotle. It’s always good. However, this location at Thomas & Scottsdale roads is almost always out of something. Each of the last five times I’ve been there, they have been out of rice, meat, vegetables, beans, etc. And none of these times was near closing time. I don’t work in the restaurant industry, but it’s hard to imagine how you can be out of these basic items so frequently.
