This place is close to my house which I love, butttt, everytime I order my bowl, it’s cold when I come pick it up and the meat is very questionable. My kid got a steak burrito and she couldn’t bite through a piece of meat? Weird. Anyways, I’m gonna keep coming back though because the red salsa is my favorite. All the bad reviews are absolutely true. Had to find out myself. I ordered a sofritas bowl only to find both chicken and barbacoa in there. I called the place and the only offer for replacement. No explanation as to how it could have happened. Also when I went in to get the replacement, not a single person Apologized. It’s a different story that they were unable to follow my order instructions As far as light the regular or extra proportions they had worse problems than that.

I went last night right before they closed . I felt like a pain in the butt but Ingrid was so nice and patient. The food was great and the people were very friendly. Ingrid was my favorite! This is my new favorite chipotle.

HORRIBLE customer service if that’s what you want to call it. Why do they want to rush you through when nobody’s there and then give you an attitude! The cashier Izzy would not give us the name of the girl that waited on us so I could put her name here. Food looked like slop. I will never stop here again. I would not recommend this place. They would not even allow me to talk to the Manager assistant or anybody in charge. I asked the cashier why do you have to rush us through the line when no one’s here. She says it’s kind of what we do here. What treat your customers poorly? Extremely sarcastic people. Also one of the tacos actually had no meat on it at all!

Don’t order food online. They’re cheap and won’t give you what you pay for. very disappointed in quality of food as well as portions. Didn’t even fill up half my burrito bowl. 1/10. Do better.

gotta start off by saying I HATE giving bad reviews to any business. but this is consistently the worst chipotle. I visit this chain all the time but every once in a great while I give this particular location a revisit to see if anything has changed for the better, and it has not any time. whether its attitude from staff, incorrect pricing, tiny portions, or rushing with no need to do so, Im let down by this spot time and time again to the point where its almost humorous. baseline/rural, mill/13th, broadway/48th… even out of state… the list goes on where NONE of those locations have given me any issues over the years. its JUST this one. wont make me stop giving chipotle business, but this was certainly the final time at this spot.
