Worst Chipotle ever. They claimed they never got my online order so I had to wait in line and reorder. They acted like they had no clue what they were doing. Put the wrong ingredients on my food and then argued with me about it. When I called later to talked to a manager she said her 8 years of experience there trumped me ordering the same thing 3 times a week for who knows how many years and my money didn’t matter there. She then hung up on me. I don’t usually go to this location but it was the closest location to where I was. I won’t make this mistake again.

I’ve really grown tired of the incompetence at all Chipotle’s; this one epitomizes all that is wrong with their business model. It seems every time I go they are out of something…this time was no exception, no more corn, lettuce, guacamole, and, of course, out of crunchy shells. There are never any proactive moves, like planning ahead for meat that was clearly running out… literally, no one was preparing anything and there was plenty of help, but no one specializing in any one task, which inevitably leads to the countless mistakes I have incurred over the past 10+ years I have been purchasing it. But what was off-putting when we first entered was how visibly dirty and unkept the tables and work area was. Literally every table had food or leftovers on them and none had been wiped down for some time. What was worse was the trash strewn about the work area. If I would have been a health inspector, this place would have received an obvious F rating. Something needs to be done with the whole business practice and a manager present at all times would be a good start. This is not acceptable by any means. See photos for evidence.

Last 2 times I was here, out of steak, out of carnitas. Figure supply issue. Service is slow. I see people waiting with 3 employees wandering around doing something else. I thought customers come first but they are to busy I guess. This was it for me. Got my burrito rolled up smashed out all salsa and guacamole. I thought rolling a burrito was a requirement to work here. Disappointed

In general, I love Chipotle however this location is hit or miss. The last handful of times I have ordered has not been great. The guacamole (that you have to pay extra for) has big chunks that haven’t been blended. The bowls are NEVER consistent, some times a lot of meat, other times a few pieces. Sometimes they pack the bowls and other times they don’t. It does have a nice patio and customer service is (usually) okay.

Ordered food for pickup and only got half my order. That was over an hour ago. I called in and they said go to the email and submit your issue they. That doesn’t work at all. Came back to the store. Stood there for 15 minutes and had to be rude to get anyone to assist me. I’m still waiting on the order that they finally said they would remake. Horrible customer service and I am out $50 for one burrito bowl?! This is not worth it. Go anywhere else. I’m leaving without my food. I don’t have time to wait two hours for an online order. My last bad experience with Chipotle. This is NOT the first time I’ve had a bad experience. The “mistakes” outnumber the correct orders.

Placed an order ahead of time and drove to pick it up on my lunch break. Planned on this being my dinner for the night and can only take a 30 min lunch to pick it up. When I got home it was not what I ordered. Just rice, beans and cheese. Was expecting guacamole, 2 diff salsas, and sour cream. Called and all they could offer was a refund or for me to waste more fuel driving to pick up another bowl. They suggested I reorder and select delivery through their third party vendor but could not refund for the delivery cost. Very disappointed and hungry. Edit: based on previous reviews this location isn’t very accurate with their online orders, it appears they are not aiming for improvement either, just paying customers to go away and stop complaining instead of getting it right. They should focus more on actual work while at work.

The staff here is great but when did the regular tacos become street tacos? Hopefully it’s just this location, but if not, just one more reason not to stop at chipotle anymore.
