Super disappointed tonight. I ate here the other day and had a good experience so I figured I would go back and get the same thing. This time my quesadilla had the paper wrap removed and put in the box upside down. Not only was it fused to the cardboard it was super dry on one side from the cardboard and moist on one side. Last time this was a super neat presentation, no mess or loss of taste/texture from cardboard, and no loss of protein in the cardboard. Poor form whoever boxed this one up.

I’ve not been impressed with any Chipotle restaurant, for a few years. Employees were friendly and engaging with us, their customers. Food was fresh and the quality, higher. However, I get chunks of fatty meat every time, now. Chips are stale. Employees seem rushed and are unpleasant. Management is lacking and needs to step up and make productive changes to get back on the right track. If they do, then I’ll return and give them my business, again. Otherwise, not a chance.

It’s okay, they need to listen better when asking for more greens. They start out with 1/2 cup, and I had to request three times because they only put less than 1/3 cup at a time.

I remember eating here more than 15 years ago the first time I ever had Chipotle and it hasn’t changed since then despite the prices of inflation and whatnot. My bowl was excellent. It’s everything I love and then some.

Quality and quantity just continues to go down here. They get Stingier and stingier every time I go. This place doesn’t give you what you’re paying for. I think it’s time to start using scales. It seems that chipotle trains their employees to give the customer as little protein as possible. Anything to increase profits!

I ordered my usual meal which is a kids quesadilla with a side of meat, rice, and beans. They put the sides into the little plastic cups instead of the kids tray. Not only are the cups smaller than the tray portions, the worker didn’t even fill them up all the way!!! They were all 2/3 full. When I asked for the kids chips, they said they’re all out. I said no problem I’m usually given a regular size chips when this happens, and they say they can’t give me any. I get an OLD orange instead. Seriously disappointed in this chipotle.

Awesome food always fresh and easy to pick up for a quick bite. Even when busy lines are quick and people are always friendly and helpful. Restaurant is also always nice and cool and clean! Will be back!
