Third time coming here. I used to be a GM for Chipotle and worked with the company for 5 years so I know what the standards WERE. The first time we ate here, the chicken was raw. They replaced the burrito. I figured it’s a new restaurant so things happen and they need time to get everyone trained. Second time the portion for the meat was really bad. The third (and final) time, I intentionally didn’t order the barbacoa because it was swimming in juice. The pan and spoons for the beans were both crusting around the edges and also drowning in juice. All of the hot items were clearly older as they looked overcooked from sitting in the pans and the cilantro in the rice was browning and sticking to the sides of the pans. When we sat down, my fiancé said his burrito was bland. My bol had clumps of rice, wilted lettuce with parts of the stem. All of the juices were in need of replenishment, there was dust above the ventilations, food on the ground, booth seats and the tables needed to be wiped down. There was a man whom I am assuming is an area or district manager sitting with a few employees. I knows 1:1’s are done but the restaurants appearance and quality of the food clearly needed to be addressed and on the spot training/coaching would have been a fantastic opportunity to do so. I don’t go to Chipotle at other locations but I sure hope this isn’t what the company’s standards turned into. Very disappointing.

Whoever worked the grill on Saturday 5/6 on the a.m. shift really needs to be retrained. This was the most bland and painful bowl I’ve ever eaten. I’m a former Chipotle grill cook and I know how the food is supposed to come out. Beans were way overheated, almost to the point of being refried beans. There was no salt involved in any component. Rice? Bland. Beans? Bland. Chicken? Bland. No hint of lime in any of it. I threw away 3/4 of my bowl. Just follow the recipes. Really bummed I paid $11 for such subpar food. I’ll stick to the Litchfield location. They do a much better job. What is pictured is how much food I threw in the garbage.

I have had repeated issues with my online orders at this location. Every time, like tonight, when I order double meat I am lucky if I even get a full normal sized scoop. However, tonight I ordered two bowls. One with double Al pastor chicken and one with steak. My chicken bowl received ZERO chicken after I payed extra money for it. My steak bowl received maybe 6-8 small pieces of steak. Like why?? Why would the employee not add the proper items that the customer is paying extra for? I love this location due to the drive thru but it’s not worth the “convenience” because I now will be going inside and having to supervise the employees to make sure they actually add the items I’m paying for. Ridiculous!

Order a burrito bowl for pick up off of door dash and when I got home with and opened it there was no meat in it, the bow was MAYBE half full, barely anything in there except guacamole, hot sauce, and sour cream. When I called the store the team member that answered was really nice but the manager Andrew hung up on me.

This location should be ashamed of how they handled a bad situation we had at this store. Got the order right on the tag but when I got home, I realized they messed it all up and had nothing I asked for and had cheese which I can’t eat. All in all, it took an hour round trip back to their and the manager handled it horribly. No compensation for the inconvenience, what a shame. The training of managers is obviously lacking and I will no longer return to chipotle.

This location is the absolute worst for customer service and for having your order completely all there. They have forgotten something in our order every time we have been there. Today they forgot our queso after we got home….!!!!!

This chipotle is constantly messing up pickup orders and forgetting items, Most recently they forgot two bags of chips. In addition it seems like the serve the chipotle lane pick up orders the older food. Last couple of time my guacamole has been completely brown. I do not recommend doing mobile ordering or chipotle lane pick up for this location.

Horrible service, Portions of meat skimpy even with paying for double meat. Burrito smaller than a taco bell burrito for 4 times the price. Guacamole was old, tasted rotten. Every table dirty, beverage station a disaster. Worst Chipotle experience ever.

Terrible customer service. They were having system issues and made a customer wait in line to order and order that had already been ordered and paid for online. They could have fixed this issue by taking responsibility for their error and expediting the order, but instead made the customer wait again in line.
