PLEASE READ: So chipotle is Chipotle. I love their food especially for their portions, it feeds me for a couple days. With that being said our society is doomed from our younger generations. I order my normal burrito and asked for 2 of their vinegarette dressings. The young girl stated she would have to charge me extra for the dressing. This confused me cause I have been ordering that for 15 years with no up charge. I am not sweating a couple extra bucks and every restaurant is squeezing pennies, but the reason she gave me was comical. She said she had to charge me because I didn’t get the bowl or salad. I asked her what the price difference is between the bowl and burrito. She looked very confused and stated there is no price difference, the only difference is what protein you pick. I asked again why the up charge if there is no price difference. She looked me dead in the face and said because the dressings aren’t for burritos. I knew right then I wasn’t winning this argument lol.

I’ve been here twice and was disappointed both times. First time, my burrito was cold like the meat was hardly heated up. Second time, I ordered chicken tacos with a few toppings. The chicken had no flavor. One of my toppings was sour cream, and it was odd because it tasted sweet like sugar is added to it. I didn’t enjoy my food both times. I’m not sure if I’ll be back. I usually enjoy chipotle.

Purchased queso to eat with chips and they said there was none but there’s 21 bags of chips on the shelf then the lady doing pick up orders refused to sell me a bag and laughed at me when I asked for them than just walked away while I was talking I spent 47.35 and I don’t even get chips ridiculous I’m going to leave a bad review on Google right now then the manager isn’t here the same lady laughed when I asked for the manager

2/9/23 at around 1pm my wife and I ate at this Chipotle. I had tacos and my with had a burrito. My wife had diarrhea last night and twice this morning. I too went last night and several times this morning. This is what we ate yesterday and believe me we would recommend eating somewhere else.

Ordered through the app and picked up in the restaurant. Once we got home the order was all wrong. Wrong meat and toppings so we couldn’t even eat it. Tried calling and all you can talk to is a robot.

Love the drive thru pickup lane here. I just wish you could actually place an order at their drive thru, however, it only works for prepaid online orders. Shopping center parking lot is a little tight and usually very busy so watch out getting to the building!
