Chipotle is a chain restaurant so you’re going to get very similar food regardless of location. This visit was a little different for me, my barbacoa was served into my bowl in one large slab (not typical, usually it’s shredded) so I had to cut it into pieces as I was eating which was a little inconvenient. Definitely not a deal breaker and I could have asked them to fix it but didn’t it was just strange.

I think the any restaurant around UA is overworked and understaffed . I order the new chicken Al pastor and it was bad. I don’t mean it was bad compared to real Mexican food . I mean it was bad by itself.

This location is nice, busy, limited seats, so its very small. The staff were friendly, the service was fast, and the food was good. I have always ordered a side tortilla with my bowl and have never been charged at any other location, but they charged me a fee here. I feel like all Chipotles are skimpy with their portions but you can always ask for extra veggies. It is sort expensive though, I spent almost $30 on one meal, a side, and a drink.

Carnitas were so overcooked (or so old) that they were tough and dried out. Only managed to get one taste of cheese throughout the whole burrito. Three of the eight fountain options not working. I don’t mind trying new music, but what was playing in here was bad. Go to a Chipotle somewhere else if you want the usual good Chipotle product.

Eder is very rude. There was a family in front of me he was super nice too. When he service me was super RUDE. I ordered two bowls he put them in a bag that didn’t fit, didn’t finish putting my stuff in I had to do it myself and when I asked for my receipt he said it was in the bag. I never ask for a receipt I just wanted it to get he’s name. I love chipotle but differently not coming to this location anymore.

I work at UA and I really like the convenience of the chipoltlane so I have been been ordering at this location at least 2x to 3x per month for the past year. I have no idea what to their food quality in the past few months. One order I had, the pork was entirely inedible with fat and grizzle. Literally no meat. Another order, my rice was filled with whole bay leaves (which you are suppose to remove before serving). Today’s order which is prompted by today’s order. I ordered a rice bowl and the rice was not cooked all the way. Still hard and crunchy. So order here at your own peril.

Had not stopped here in a while. The location at Speedway & Campbell is usually fairly busy, so I was surprised when I walked in just before noon and no one was in line. I ordered a bowl with only the ingredients I wanted ( incl. adding guac) and it was very tasty. Added some organic lemonade to unsweetened iced tea for an excellent lunch. Easy, fast, & tasty to boot. This spot does have a small parking lot, do that could be an issue.

I stopped by on my way home to pick up something and ordered a bowl. She put in a skimpy scoop of rice and tried to spread it out but it wouldn’t even cover bottom. Then gave me a skimpy scoop of beans and a half scoop of steak. Then they put a pinch of lettuce on one side. Not sure why I got the we hate you treatment. Curious if they do everyone dirty. Thanks for nothing. Enjoy the $10. Heaven knows I won’t enjoy a bowl of nothing. Guess I will go spend some more money somewhere else so I can have a meal.

Worst portions I have ever seen. The girl serving wasn’t even paying attention to what she was doing. She spilled cheese all over the counter. I’ll never go back to that location again. I’m not looking for extra. I’m looking for enough. There was no line, and she was still throwing everything around. So upset.
