Chips were stale, guacamole was browned, and burrito was not made correctly. When I tried to provide feedback it asked for a 20 digit survey code which I didn’t have. I haven’t had Chipotle in forever and it has sadly gone down hill.

Staff is very nice. Food is fresh and tasty. Their quality control for online orders for pick-up and delivery needs work. The last 3 times I’ve ordered for pickup or delivery, something has been wrong. Usually something like giving me barbacoa instead of steak. Or, missing my side of salsa for My chips. But today, I received a whole other order. Frustrating to get home and realize that and then have to drive back. From now on I’ll just make sure to order at the counter instead of the app/online. Not worth it.

We ordered online and drove to pick up our order and they completely got the order all wrong. They substituted chicken for steak and white rice for brown rice. We ordered double meat and they didn’t give us what we asked. How difficult is it to read what was ordered online and fulfill the order?!? Never going there again!

I love chipotle and I always have. But getting food here is stressful every time. Whether there’s a line behind us or no one at all, the person getting our food always seems to be in the biggest rush of their lives. I’ve had to intervene and tell them to slow down every time I’m here. I’ve had them jump the gun and put food I don’t want in my bowl, only to have them toss it and start over because they weren’t patient enough to stop and listen to my order. This is my biggest complaint for this location. SLOW. DOWN. It’s not just once or twice, it’s literally every time I am there.

Staff is usually nice, went there the yesterday and am probably never going to another Chipotle anywhere ever again. I got very sick. From what exactly I’m not sure. Could have been the dark almost black cilantro in the white rice or the barbacoa. However, it ruined the next day for me as I was up all night trying to keep my insides in with no luck. Absolutely hate Chipotle now. Never going back

I feel trapped with this Chipotle out here in Marana! I always need to ask for an item or 2 missing out of my to go order. They run out of food after 6:30 pm and frequently don’t have the appropriate to go containers, ugh! Always dirty and the employees don’t know how important a clean surface or drink station is, especially today! The employees drop food and paper waste on the floor, always! Please fix these concerns, I truly love me some Chipotle!
