Very clean restaurant. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. The food smelled so awesome. However, the line was too long. Maybe next time. UPDATE: I went back and got a steak salad. It is really good, but the server gave me a small amount of steak cubes. I had to dig and dig to find the steak—it was like looking for a prize in a box of Cracker Jacks. They were out of chips and it was only 5:30 PM.

Ordered online and got some other dudes order, spoke with chipotle customer service and would not do a reorder to send the correct order like I paid for. Especially considering my name was on the bag, so why I got someone else’s I will never know but, irregardless pretty unacceptable

This is always a semi forgotten favorite. When they get my order right? It’s a on point, when the don’t get it 100% right it’s still good. I find when I use the app my order doesn’t come exactly how I want it all of the time. That is expected though. It still one of my favorites. Just make sure you catch them when they have all of the ingredients. There’s been a time or two where the didn’t have a lot of ingredients.

Twice this week I’ve tried to buy chips here and they have run out. How do they run out of chips every day? Maybe they should make more chips if consistently customers want chips and they don’t have any. I just wanted some freaking chips!!!

I ordered on the app and they have one guy doing all the mobile orders while dozens of people who show up and order the regular way get their food in no time. No orders are places on the pickup counter because they said they get stolen but no note is posted to direct mobile orders to the correct place. What a cluster. Get your crew organized.

Got very ill last night and very little sleep. Had a barbacoa bowl. First time visiting a Chipotle in many years. Will be the last time and I hope this post saves all of you this trouble. Extremely upset about this situation as I’m not prone to stomach problems at all. What a way to kick off the weekend. Nothing can be said or done to make this right. Stay away!

Can in for a burrito and was told they couldn’t make burritos or quesadilla. This was explained to me while I watched on of the employees roll a burrito. I could also see a stack of large tortillas sitting behind the counter. I kindly asked why they weren’t able to and was told the large tortillas they had were being saved for online orders. Very upsetting that I drove downtown to sit and eat, had to change my order, just to find out that I could have had what I wanted it I had ordered online!! Rude prioritization in my opinion.
