I think they were running out of food today and in a big rush. I got the smallest bowl I have ever gotten at Chipotle. This girl seemed like she was afraid of putting the food in the bowl. They didn’t have the chicken I wanted. Had to go with shredded beef.

The food was very good, as always. It’s just that the order was supposed to be ready at 7:50pm and it wasn’t ready until 8:20. They mentioned to us that the online orders were not coming in but if people arrived they would order them first and those of us who already had time there would leave us waiting. If it hadn’t been paid we would have left.

Sadly this chipotle has never recovered since covid. The service is very slow. Ordering on the app used to be the way to go. The last time I was in they had run out of cheese and apparently could not shred more. The line was halfway down the wall luckily I overheard they were kuy of cheese so I didn’t wait any further.

My complaints are not about the cheery young woman who made our food. She was great. She had no one to help her and we waited 20 minutes on line. Never any hard shelled tacos again. Not the first time. The girl worked hard but her cashier friend never helped her. Just stood there while the other girl busted her butt. Update. Been home about an hour and having a lot of stomach issues. Hope it’s not food poisoning.

service was TERRIBLE. The man tried to serve me dry old rice when the people before him he walked over to the takeout side to get rice from there but didn’t want to do that for me. Then he charged me for extra sides when each bowl comes with and extra 3 sides on the side if you’d like. He also forgot my chips and drink with my kids meal. I had to remind him. Horrible service and the worst part was he was a manager. I’ve worked at a chipotle before and this was absolutely sad

One of the best Chipotles locations I’ve ever been to. The staff are friendly and some of the most polite workers I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant, ever. This coming from a Canadian means something. If you come in for a sunset dinner you will be treated with a beautiful and memorable view to compliment your meal. It’s awesome.

They had no rice or meat ready. They said it would be at least 15 minutes. In the meantime they turned away several groups or hungry customers. Most of the employees were standing around not doing anything while tables were filthy, trash overflowing and drink station was an absolute train wreck. If this was my place everyone would be fired especially the manager for letting it get like that. 25 minutes later still no food ready to serve. This was 4pm on a Sunday and it wasn’t even busy. The only employee that stayed busy was the young girl working the take out. Everyone else was horrible
