Been eating at chipotle for 18 years. Never been so disappointed. Tried to charge for vinaigrette (it’s not chipotle’s policy to do so, it’s not even for sale on the app), chips were stale, and most importantly, portions were about half what I have always gotten from chipotle (for context, I went through the drive thru). My wife got a bowl that was only half full. We could see the bottom through the rice. It’s normally 2 meals for her and today she finished and was still hungry.

Quality control is unacceptable at this store. This was the barbacoa taco I received. How is this acceptable? There’s less than a tablespoon of meat! Won’t ever order from this location again.

Have been wanting to try out this place since its opened. Came here to read the reviews and was scared to be disappointed. I ordered a burrito online, selected extra on everything I could and added a tip for the workers. Cost 10 bucks total and received a probably two pound burrito!!! I’m 9 months pregnant so I’m literally eating for two. Thanks guys!!

Very disappointed in the Chipotle that we ordered. My salad was barely full with maybe three pieces of spinach/lettuce. We ordered two burritos that were the size of the three tortillas wrapped together. Tried contacting them on the phone and the website but no response. Will not be supporting Chipotle ever again.

Says they close at 10pm but this location makes up their own hours! 9:17pm an we go to the door it’s locked… try to place the order online and it says this location isn’t accepting car side orders .. something doesn’t add up

Very inconsistent portions. We were disappointed that one of the meals we got was almost half as much food (375 grams vrs 662 grams). The heavier one was the same entre/items ordered as the lighter one.

If you’re looking for a burrito to have less meat when ordered with double and not be made how you ordered. Then this is the chipotle for you. I mean If I didn’t want to have to actually work and do my job then I would work here as well. If it wasn’t obvious the workers don’t like to prep and keep items stocked on the lines, then you’ll definitely notice in your burrito. You’d think the company was taking it out of their check to make a burrito actually good. Save your time and go to a better chipotle.

Tried to go to Chipotle only to find that their lobby was closed. They had a sign asking that you use the drive through. Got in line at the drive through and waited for about 10 minutes to get to the window. Lady asked me for the name on the order and when I asked her if I had missed the speaker, she said that they were only taking online orders. Left and went to a place that pays their people well enough to get them to come to work.
