Order online. We walked in they say they are out of several things… only if you’re walking in. No sour cream, there is lots on the side for the online orders. Large chips and queso no large bowls. Once again there are several sitting there but those are for pick up orders. Hands me my cup after paying, puts her fingers in my cup. I have never written a bad review that’s how bad this place is managed.

I had a negative experience this evening while ordering a burrito. One female worker (visually irritated) reminded me they had very little because they were closing soon. I ordered an item only from the ingredients I could see. A male worker asked if I wanted a free bag of chips, I smiled and gladly excepted. My kid had ordered before me and paid for her burrito and drink, she then asked for a bag of chips. Yalissa told her they had no more chips although we could see clearly see about 30 bags of chips behind her… she proceeded to reluctantly charge my kid for the chips & I interjected “the guy offered the chips for free”. The male worker clarified that they would just toss them at closing any way. Yalissa can keep her precious chips, we took our orders and left. Yalissa and the other female look like they hate working for Chipotle in Farmington. I would advise they find happiness elsewhere, good luck.

Employees wearing gloves, but wiping nose, touching money, the phone, leaving the order he was making me half finished while doing these things, then just… rolling up the burtito?? I nicely asked him to at minimum throw it away and change his gloves. He did, and I understand that when you are understaffed things get complicated, just be mindful. But then he repeated the process all over again. Gloves, wipe nose, touch food. I couldn’t keep asking, so I just left. I’m sure the food was great, it had just come out of the kitchen!

It’s just not my preferred place to pop in for a quick bite. The service, tho messy with preparing my bowl, was fast for both my co-worker and I. Since we stopped in on our hour lunch, the fast service allowed for us to have sufficient time to get back and eat.
