I finally stopped by to try the Keithadilla. I believe initially it could only be ordered through the Chipotle app, but today I was able to walk in an order at the counter. Once home, I unboxed my meal and it was still very warm. The cardboard container that it’s packed in really kept the food insulated. The quesadilla had steak, cheese, and fajita veggies. Paired with the sour cream vinaigrette I think that it’s a really good combination and I was very please overall with the food. The only thing I didn’t like were some really chewy pieces of the steak that I had to throw out. In the future I would order this with chicken instead of steak but this quesadilla is solid!

The lady at the register over charged us and when I brought it to her attention she claimed she gave us the wrong receipt and gave us a receipt that said employee meal To make us go away. When I tried to ask for the refund she proceeded to pretend we were not there until said excuse me and moved right in front. She proceeded to not run the refund through and just handed us 2 $5s she owed us more but we were tired of the attitude we just left it.

This chipotle has gone down hill. Every time we go they have new staff whom obviously have not been properly trained. The way they served the food was a mess. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t given them a bad rating. Do yourself a favor and don’t go there.

I like coming here because is close by my house, but their severing size sucks. Very little amount of meat I know inflation is high for that reason you should give a little more. I try coming more to see if their severings change little bit but nothing I barely come for that reason. Their service is great awesome staff. Very friendly but their has been couple times the place is dirty the tables are not wiped and their not busy and they still won’t clean the tables. If they fixed the severings I would come more often but for now I’ll just go to a different Chipotle instead of this one. As well as recommend my friends to go else where as well.

No salsa. Made it so dry. The service was terrible and always is like they’re so mad to see me ordering. I get it but like at least fake it. Especially now with fast food wages being so high. I waited around 5 minutes for someone to come and cash me out after my food was ready. No apologies or anything just the 14 dollars for mid food and terrible service. Step it up.

When we arrived, we were told that there was no black beans and no chicken. That’s fine. However when I asked if there was a protein comparable in price that wasn’t soy she said no and that I had to pay $.50 extra if I wanted the chicken el pastor. I’ve never had it so I didn’t want to spend extra on something I never had. The girl that was wrapping my burrito had a terrible attitude and jus balled it up. The prices continue to go up and the quality is going down.

Very upset with today’s order. I ordered a chicken bowl with a side of guac and a side of red salsa, and they were both missing from the bag. My husband picked up the order so he never knows what’s in the bag. Tried calling to get refunded for the extra guac but the number doesn’t even go through. And my bowl was freaking super light. They need to get it together.
