Omg we got the best bowls on planet earth from the ladies closing tonight ! Yeah, I know several people that LOVE this place. The food is okay. I don’t think it’s worth it for the price. My biggest gripe is the service. One in particular (cashier), pretended to not understand English. Would not help me when the gift card would not take off the full amount, so I had to use cash. Two minutes later, her friend came in and they proceeded to have a full-blown conversation in English.

Do not go to this place! I ordered double brown rice with double chicken and she gave me 1 and a quarter spoon rice and the same amount of chicken and she made me pay for double! The bowl isn’t even half way for $13! What a joke!! Just choose another Chipotle!!

I have a gluten allergy and the manager literally was mad when I told her how they needed to accommodate me. Never in my life was treated so poorly at a Chipotle! I’m currently waiting for them to CLEAN some spoons…unacceptable!

Both employees acted like they hated their job. The server did not listen and I had to stop her 3 times from putting the wrong thing in my bowl. My husband asked the cashier for a lid and she just stuck her arm out without looking at him or saying anything. When we tried to find a table, there were plenty of empty ones but they were all dirty.

This one was worst of the Chipotle stores I have visited. They don’t care about the food quality. Too much salty, half cooked rice and bowls are not filled as per the customer needs. The person at the counter was extremely rude not even listening to our concern. I do not recommend it.
