The tall gentleman behind the counter wearing a ball cap that served me at 12:45 on 7/25/23 gave me a sad looking bowl. He had asked me what I would like for toppings and I replied everything except for the guacamole. He drowned it with sour cream, sprinkle of cheese and a sad amount of lettuce. He didn’t add any fresh salsa and none of the other salsas either. I was so disappointed. I started work at 2:00AM and was not interested in cooking. So I picked my daughter and we both stopped at Chipotle. If I weren’t so exhausted from working in the sun I would’ve drove back and requested him to fix it. Before you leave the restaurant, CHECK your order. I definitely will from now on.

The staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming. As for the food, it was great, just as I have come to expect from Chipotle. The flavors were fresh, the ingredients were of high quality. Perfectly seasoned meats, flavorful salsas, or and great guacamole, Chipotle never fails to deliver.

This Chipolte is the one I frequent most often in the Las Vegas Valley. On all occasions, I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. In addition, the food was ways hot and fresh. If you’re looking for a great deal on a burrito or taco meal, this is the place for you.

Probably the best Chipotle location in Vegas and it’s all because of Angela. She needs a raise, some paid time off or a promotion because her AND the other employees’ service and attitude was literally amazing. Whoever worked on 5/27 around 7pm all need to be recognized

Whatever happened to the integrity of Chipotle? I used to be a Manager years ago, and we used to aim for consistency, good service and great food. I came here with my family for a quick lunch.

Whoever did the meat on 8/13/23 in the evening should be fired and shamed for doing such a horrible job. Ordered a burrito bowl online and got maybe 5 pieces of chicken in my bowl. Don’t know how someone could make that and think it was acceptable to give to a customer

First time eating will be last time. Order chip they were stale and in the burrito was cold and the steak tough. I wasted $16 for this nasty food.

Shout out to Angela, who was there for 8 hrs before going on break and had a whole Karen mad at staff because of it. She kept a smile on her face and still provided great service to everyone afterwards. It was just busy, but the line was still moving fast.

I would definitely order food to-go or dine-in (once it’s safe for you to do so) since I’ve never not gotten anything but my yummy bowls of food… but if you order for pick up open and check everything is what you ordered since they get a bit ‘funny’ sometimes as others have also pointed out.

As someone who dines on Chipotle pretty frequently I can tell you between many locations in the valley this is one of the worst. Between always seeming to be out of product or getting orders wrong I refuse to go here any longer. There’s two out of 5 times they’ve gotten my order. First time was delivery and I ordered sofritas. When it arrived it was pork which is a huge error on their part to let slide out the door in case the person I vegetarian or religiously doesn’t eat pork. So next time I did a pick up order. I took a bite out of my burrito before I left to be sure and thankfully it was okay. Then I get home and open up the kids quesadilla to find they left the middle portion empty where it was supposed to be fruit which I only ordered because they were out of chips. Apparently out of fruit too? Last time I stopped in they had only sofritas and carnitas until Monday they said, on a Saturday. I understand there’s shortages going around but when all the other locations seem to be just fine it’s likely a staff members fault for not doing inventory ordering. Time to retrain their staff in my opinion. I’d rather make the drive to another location for better service.
