I love Chipotle -and know this is a good location being close to the strip but not crowded. But this one was a little disappointing because of state of the dining tables and floor. It just wasn’t too clean in the dining area, maybe there were just too many people, but it wasn’t that busy when I was there. It does have very easy parking and the food was good as always, the price is the same as every other Chipotle maybe I just hit them on a bad day, but it has caused me to choose other places instead of this location.

$3.00 for a small coke bottle. I haven’t been to chipotle in a while. Well I realize why! Y’all cutting me short! My chicken bowl barley had any chicken. Like $9.40 for lettuce and rice and beans and some veggies. If I wanted a veggie bowl I would have ordered a veggie bowl!!! Any who not happy with the quantity! If I’m paying 10.00 bucks for a chicken bowl please give me some more chicken!

Order took 30 minutes longer to be ready because they were waiting on a fresh batch of chicken al pastor. I think the issue is with the app over-promising how quickly the store can have an order ready for pickup.

Employees have no personality whatsoever. Everytime I go to pick up a food order they’re just standing around not cleaning not doing anything just talkin. There’s a saying that if you have time to lean you have time to clean. They don’t seem to be doing much cleaning as the table seem to be on the dirty side like they haven’t been wiped off. It’s starting to make me wonder if the food is even safe. But as I said earlier the employees attitudes and personality is really stink it’s like they throw the order at you. No smiles no politeness no friendliness. It’s like you’re an inconvenience because they have to stop talking to deal with you.

The food was great but the staff was awful. When we walked in the entire staff was cleaning. We waited several minutes and started to walk out before anyone finally went to the food prep area. No one could explain how the Chipotle app worked, the soft drink machine worked but wouldn’t turn off so it just spewed out Sprite for about 3 or 4 minutes. The cashier spoke so low she could barely be heard. We had to ask her several times to repeat herself.The printer was practically out of ink so the receipt couldn’t be read. I could go on but I think you get the point.

First timer and had a great experience. I walked in at 3:00pm and there was no line with quick and friendly service. I ordered a bowl and got a tortilla on the side and I am very pleased with the outcome of my order. Would come back again.
