I found a bug in my food and when I went to talk to the manager, she didn’t even give me an apology, she just told me rudely: that you want me to do, to return your money or make you another one. The manager had a bad attitude and her solution was only to return the money for that bowl and not for everything I had bought that obviously no one ate.

So ordered for pick up at 8:20 order wasn’t ready and they ran out of white rice for part of my order. Waited over 30 minutes only for my bowl to be cold. There was little amount of meat in my bowl and the cheese was cold as well. Workers seem nice. Manager is incompetent. Called customer support just to get a bogo coupon. I’d suggest going to a different location.

Food was good but very obvious they were short on help. Tables were dirty, dishes were stacked up behind the counter, the poor girl who was the cashier was also trying to keep the drink station filled so multiple times customers were waiting to pay while she poured ice or juice into the drink station. Chipotle needs to consider how labor intensive it is to not have an ice machine at their drink station. The food was good but the place didn’t look clean.

We choose this location based on cleanliness and customer service. The location near us is gross. This time, however, seemed a bit off. the food wasn’t as good, the place wasn’t as clean, and the people were not nearly as friendly as usual. They luckily are opening a brand new location up the street from us, so we are excited and can’t wait.

Great food and value. Service is good at the counter but ordering online wasn’t. I arrived 5 minutes after my order was due and had to wait another 10 minutes before it was ready. Meanwhile, 5 or 6 walkups to the counter were served while I was waiting.

Was in town and after a long day on the road ordered from here. F whoever decided this was food and okay to serve. It smelled disgusting, was covered in something black in addition to being burnt. I had to take it outside and throw away and my hotel room smelled of this rancid b.s. all night. This is a second consecutive garbage experience from Chipotle, not who they used to be. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere, literally anywhere else but here.

Just like any other chipotle restaurants. If you have been to one than you know. If you haven’t than you should know that there meals are decently priced, the meal/bowl/wrap are large in portions, very tasty and fresh. So go and try one.
