I usually never leave reviews, but I’m so tired of this location. I’ve been on all ends, the delivery driver side and the customer side, and both experiences were incredibly annoying. I ordered food before a movie and we waited for SO LONG, we had to walk out without food and our money because apparently they “don’t do refunds”. Chipotle customer service will also not refund you, even though this location told us to call the number. The girl that served us literally made us wait half an hour, left one of our quesadillas out to get cold while she started working on other orders, and waited until the very last minute to say “oh… we ran out of chicken”. I don’t recommend coming for the night shift, the managers are just as stupid as the kids.

I love eating at different locations of Chipotle, but this location is meh. First, they are not as friendly as other locations I’ve visited. Next, my salad rarely had greens even though I asked to have it topped off. The bottom of the bowl was practically empty.

Middle of the day and around 2:00 p.m. late lunch time. Seriously doubt there are any reservations. Two sets of parties walked in behind me and was seated before me. I was a simple party of one. Ask to be seated in the bar at a low table due to the fact I have bad legs and are unable to sit at a bar stool. The party four that came in after me and was seated immediately before me receive the only available no table. I was bummed because there was a lot of great Sports on that day. I asked for a simple thin cut carne asada steak cooked medium and with some type of shrimp. The shrimp was amazing. I have no idea what it was called. They gave me a very thick expensive cut of steak that was rare. Because of the cut of the steak my meal was extremely expensive for a lunch. I was looking for a great lunch place cuz I’m over in that area once a week.

SHRINKING FOOD? OK, I get it. Inflation is on the rise, but I did notice smaller serving spoons resulting in a smaller burrito and burrito bowls by about 30 to 40%. I personally think raising prices would’ve been better than shrinking the food. I had the new size burrito last night. The change made it unsatisfying and buying two would’ve been too much food. I think chipotle had the formula right from the get go. I think this is a dangerous move for your business model. If given the choice between paying the same for not enough or paying twice as much for a little too much, my choice would be to find another option. Maybe come out with a “retro burrito” or “burrito XL”. Oh, whatever you do, don’t do you like other places do and skimp on the quality or freshness. That would be a nail in the coffin.

Ordered delivery and am seriously disappointed in my “salad” that seems to missing lettuce. This would have been way better and filling if there was more than half a cup of lettuce. May need to train your team what a salad is.
