I haven’t found a solid Chipotle in Vegas yet. This one ranks as one of my least favorites. When we visit, I typically watch the kids while my wife orders. And based on her report, it was stressful. The staffers were bickering because someone wouldn’t refill the rice and things got a little heated.

Took super long, portions within my party were wildly inconsistent. Also made incorrect items. There was just one girl doing all the assemblies while 3 others worked on mobile orders and one just stood at the cashier. Help out your coworker omg ♂️you need to prioritize in person customers instead of immediately doing mobile orders just for them to sit on a rack for 5 to 10 minutes waiting to be picked up.

My first experience here. The food was dry, they only had brown hard rice,as a side my food was cold. I have never eaten here, this was my first time, with my other two friends that said the food was great. Well even they thought the food was horrible, dry, cold. I was never told about the awards program,and never asked if I wanted a drink. The service was horrible.

The food was really good. I am a big fan of the Carnitas Fajita bowl. This is one of the few chipotle’s that actually give you enough (or way more) food for what you pay for. However, when I visited last time, some weird dude was in the store calling his “wife” being loud and annoying a lot of customers. This was not the stores fault by all means. I could just tell that a lot of customers, including myself, were uncomfortable. I digress. The food was fresh, and the line was long so you and I know that, that is a good sign. I want a free lunch Chipotle!

The customer service was okay until the young black lady with the face piercing was rude because the young lady (cashier) that started my order put the veggies in a cup. When I explained the situation to her, she still had an attitude. I’ve worked in the food industry for awhile and in customer service. Y’all need to do better. TI really wanted to cancel my order, but I had my kids with me. The cashier didn’t even ask me if I was dining in or to go. She already put my order in a bag. My kids were stilling and. Eating right in front of the cashier. If I could give a zero, I would.

I don’t know why I continue to come here after work. It typically gets busy so you would think that they would get that at some point. The line is to the door with only one person helping the guests, one at the register and the rest 8 people in the back “cooking”. I ordered 2 burritos and I bowl. They were out of chicken, grilled veggies, shredded beef and guacamole. Crazy. Again, they know it’s a busy time. Maybe start planning better. Also after waiting over 40 minutes to get my food, when I got home my burritos we cold only to realize they didn’t even warm the tortillas up.
