Online order for pickup. Store was CLOSED when I arrived . Employees inside wouldn’t open window and walked away. Called 800 # and Chipotle refunded part of charge and offered coupon for a free drink. Awesome thanks!

Employees were rude and were not even doing 4oz servings. They did not give me a chance to scan my loyalty points because their “throughput” number was more important then my convenience. Always out of something and they don’t even hear complaints.

service. I ordered online as usual and I asked for a large side of hot salsa when I got to the window. I’ve never been charged for one before but she said it would be 3$ and I had to go inside. I didn’t mind paying, but I did the drive through because I had 4 kids in the car and my 1 year old was sleeping. I asked if I could just give her the money and she said no I had to come in period. She could barely make eye contact with me and was extremely rude, she was on a total power trip. Thanks a lot! The drive through is convenient, but it’s not worth dealing with poor customer service. I’ll go to the one on Mae Anne from now on.

Only 1 employee working, everyone else standing around. Garbage was overflowing, tables were not wiped down, no napkins in dispensers, and overall the place was dirty. I felt bad for the 1 employee who was working her butt off while her coworkers stood around doing nothing.

Horrible! I ordered through the chipotle app, I’m on vacation with family and friends and I missed 4 items and paid almost $100 with my hard earn money as I’m only 17! I wanted to surprise my family with dinner and the food was sloppy and I missed bags of chips and guac!

Rice was dry, I had to beg for more than a hint spot of salsa, font act like you know what thee customer want after they tell, I had to pay double to get a normal amount meat usually given been eating chipotle for 15 or 16 year this is the worest one I’ve ever been too. No soda at all work it’s like no one cares. Hire better better will not be coming back.

Pregnant wife wanted to get steak bowl and chips and queso for the night, but when we got the food, not only was there not an entire bag of chips, but also the food was completely wrong. She got chicken, which made her nauseous before and can confirm, she did just throw up again so… And we can’t ask for a replacement because the store closed for the day…We really really needed this food and let us down majorly

This review is for the lack of vegetarian or just vegetable options. They have this beautiful display of vegetables in the refrigerator but it’s not accessible without combining it with meat. There are plenty of people that enjoy meat but don’t think it’s necessary to combine it with everything. Hardly any vegetable options without meat included. Just cook the vegetables separate than the meat and combined it if someone wants it. Problem solved. Chipotle is honestly really behind in the times.

This is probably the worst trip to chipotle I’ve had! They barely added any rice to the bowl, slopped the beans and meat like garbage into the bowl, the rice was hard and dried out, the beans were still hard like they were uncooked and there was literally 10 pieces of chicken. And the girl making my bowl just had a poor attitude but needless to say I dont believe I’ll be going to this location anymore.
