This place is filthy. The trash cans near the exit doors are overflowing with trash and pilling up on the countertops where customers eat. Five tables are covered with food crumbs so that no one can sit to eat. Straw covers are all over the area where the plastic utensils are kept. Containers for the utensils are empty with trash in them.

I was there for chips & guacamole & the person that had attended me legitimately grabbed a piece of meat from the actual food bar & ate it in front of me with his mouth wide open while attending me later didn’t ring me up for my order while he made the cashier guy start doing orders it was a big phiasco where they both argued of whos doing what & At the end of the day they forgot to give Me my drink I refused to go back & get it I just wanted to leave.

Poor customer service, kids rolling their eyes with bad attitude making my plate. No supervisor at all. Labeled my to go order wrong because they don’t care to pay attention. I asked politely to make sure they’re labeled correctly and still didn’t do it right. 3rd time this happens back to back. Can you please hire qualified polite people or have a supervisor there to make sure people are happy spending money there?

Always love chipotle. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I came during lunch in a Saturday and they were very busy and I was still in and out with my to go order in less than 10 minutes. The sofritas are my favorite and they were fresh and good today. Their chips are also very good. Also great pricing for the value of food you get.

Great location, friendly staff, however they were completely out of al pastor chicken and fajita veggies on a Saturday at 1:30pm. I did see 3 employees cutting bell peppers. Meat looked over cooked, very little product in containers. Considering they opened at 10am, it was a little disappointing.

This Chipotle is known to have a list on the door saying the missing items. today there was no list, but fajitas, beef was missing, the black beans were at the end, the pinto beans had more water than beans, there was no ice in the soda machine, the attached photo shows the quality of the lettuce, with black edges indicating it has started to decompose. Couldn’t be a less competent Chipotle location. Told me they were making my online pickup when I arrived and asked about my order. 25 minutes later I was told they were starting my my order. 4-5 employees standing around and can’t get a burrito bowl that should take 1-2 minutes to assemble.
