I ordered a burrito and it was cold, and they didn’t want to heat it up because they don’t have a microwave :(. The tortilla needs to be warmed up more before serving the toppings.

Employees here need to pick it up and make food better and quicker. Chipotle needs to remove the tipping and just pay their employees more too. Why would I leave tip for 10 dollar order I picked up myself. Gonna have to wait on me and serve me drinks to get tip or deliver my food to me

Friday night, store closes at 10. We went in at 7:50 and the guy behind the counter started naming off everything they were “out” of for the day. No white rice, black beans, guac, queso, cheese, salsa, corn, steak, chicken, ect ……. What a joke. If you want to close early put up a sign. I understand not making more food before closing but not 2 hours early in a Friday night. Sad.

Lately, I have been very disappointed in this chipotle location. Today was the third time I’ve had to wait outside for them to open. If it says you open at 1045 then be prepared to open at 1045 and have customers. I showed up at 1055 and was told to wait until they were ready. It’s extremely disappointing. The management should really think about hiring new/more people or retraining the ones they have.
