Awesome place. I have a dairy issue and most of the time the workers follow protocol and wash their hand and new gloves. I get the same thing every time. Have them fold the burrito at the meat spot and not slide it through all the dairy.

Portions have gotten smaller. You could still see the bottom of my burrito bowl after they put in the rice and beans. As it went down the line, they kept on serving small scoops of meat, salsa, sour cream, and so on the only thing they gave me a large amount of was lettuce and cheese. I don’t know about them, but it cost me a lot more for a bag of shredded cheese than it does for a bag of rice or beans. As I said some thing to the little girl, she replied I don’t know I just serve here.

When I first started eating here, burritos were huge, then as time went on, smaller and smaller, especially when Im paying $14 for a burrito . This last time was the worst, full of rice and very little meat. Very nice staff though. The owner needs to stop being so greedy with the meat because we are paying for it. Lost my business. Qdoba doesn’t skimp.

I placed an online order for a quesadilla and I got a note placed on my bowl that they could not do my order. I didn’t realize this till I got home. I wish they would’ve contact me through my email or phone number that was provided when I first ordered. They didn’t even tell me anything about it when I picked it up. Poor communication and customer service.

Comparing like to like here with four. This Chipotle just opened. I’m always glad to have new choices here in our town. The quest was spicy, warm, and I found myself enjoying it. We had take out, two corn tortilla tacos, and a burrito. The staff were friendly and helpful with menu. My wife was pleased with the tacos, the Salas were good. The burrito suffered from my having too much put on it. Now I know why the women behind me was more discerning by limiting her items. Tasted good and filling.

Bruv I ordered on the chipotle app for delivery and got three burritos and two were supposed to come with a side of chili corn salsa and tomatillo red chili salsa which they did not get. On top of that the burritos (which are labeled with who they are for and the type of burrito) were messed up which wouldn’t have been a big deal if I wasn’t vegetarian. I bit into a chicken burrito that had my label of a sofritas burrito on it. Then when I sent feedback and asked to be reached out, all I got was an automated email that said sorry heres a free little fountain drink when I paid almost 50 dollars for the food. L store.

The woman with the red hair working the main counter today was so incredibly rude, hurtful and unprofessional. If she is the manager she needs to be let go. It is unbelievable how she treated me and others while picking up my order for lunch today! Do better! Be kind! You cannot treat people poorly in your place of work!!
