This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to by far. 3 times in a row when I’ve gone there for long and ordered in advance they were extremely late (like >30 minutes in one case. It’s NEVER ready when they say it will be. This most recent time it was only a few minutes delayed (despite being empty) but they also got my order wrong. That’s 4 consecutive bad experiences at this place. They really need to get their act there if they want to stay in business. Judging by how empty it was today (Wednesday) at 1130am people are probably already looking for other options. I might be next on that list.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had one of their bowls on 2/17/23 and dined inside. This place gave me the worst food poisoning I have ever had in my life!!! Sick for 4 days! I complained to LA County Public Health. Go anywhere else in DTLA to eat but do not go here!!

I live here in DTLA and I was so happy to have a chipotle so close.. but once I experienced the customer service at this location I am never returning again . I wanted hot sauce and they tried to charge me for the hot sauce, imagine being charged to put hot sauce on a taco. I had to eat my tacos without hot sauce because they were so focused on charging me they didn’t even let me know they have alternative free bottled hot sauce, then they proceed to give free chips to someone else right in front of me , I asked them how is it she can have free chips but you want to charge me for hot sauce and the manager had no answer.. I have never been to a place where they charge for hot sauce on a taco. I went to a different chipotle location the day after and they don’t charge me for hot sauce there. everyone here is too young and don’t understand customer service they just will do anything to not be wrong. then they laugh in your face like you are crazy
