Made an online order for pick up at 5:50, showed up a couples minutes after 5:50 and was told they would have it ready soon. It was 6:10 before I finally had to go approach someone and they started making it. Could not get ahold of anyone to ask for dressing. All the meanwhile I was seeing an employee, who could only be described as a crack head in appearance, standing around just twiddling his thumbs. There was no idea in crack heads crack head to help the employees who were trying to take and make orders.

I got takeout here, using the app to arrive early so my food would be hot. Who wants a room temperature burrito? BONUS: I think arriving exactly on time would have worked here as opposed to other sad, cooled-off Chipotle experiences I have had when arriving on time.

This location of Chipotle Mexican Grill had good customer service, but the food I received was lukewarm. I wanted to try their new carne asada, which was good but wasn’t as warm as it could be. Ironically, the server stated it was an fresh batch yet it was room temperature and didn’t taste warm. So, I was disappointed with the food temperature and I hope that wasn’t the norm here. Besides that, it was an decent lunch to get the energy going!
