I will never understand why it’s one person serving the food when there’s three to five other associates they’re not helping or doing anything at all plus when there’s a long line. The lack of customer service is beyond me. The works are never friendly or welcoming when you walk in. It’s like the young crowd that works there has no work ethic. Very ridiculous! Do better or just quit if you don’t want to work there.

I enjoy eating at Chipotle because there food is healthy to eat. And it is close to my work place so that I can either pick up lunch or dine in. And I tried a new meat on the menu called Plant Based Chaoize which is pretty spicy and good. And you can choose your way to eat at Chipotle like either Taco, Burrito, Bowl, or Salad. And if you download the Chipotle app you can get points and get either free Chips and Dip, Free Drinks, or a Free Meal. So this is one of the places I like to eat for Chipotle.

I’ve been to many chipotle locations including this one multiple times and I have to say it is the slowest one in LA county. You will literally wait for 20+ minutes behind a line of 2-3 people just for them to get to making your burrito . Other than that food is decent and atmosphere is calm.

This location is horrible, if I could give 0 stars I would. This store seems to be run by younger people and the customer service and professionalism are non existent. I walked in to pick up an online order and waited about 10 before even being greeted. The last time I visited, the employees were in the back laughing and joking loudly while customers waited in the front. I’ve had bad experiences on 3 separate occasions. I will not be retiring to this location.

This location is constantly out of food. I have stopped going almost entirely because every time I tried, they were done preparing food multiple hours before closing. I don’t know what caused this change but I have not been pleased with this chipotle for months.
