They were disorganized, messy and seem like they do not care. The workstation was messy. They made my burrito so disgustingly that im not even sure I want to eat it. They didn’t even manage to wrap the burrito right. They just smushed it in and put it in a foil.

This place is hit or miss. Don’t order online to pickup here because they have no clue what is stock. Ordered one of their agua frescas and I went past the drink dispensers and saw them all empty. I got my order and mentioned it, the cashier couldn’t be bothered and rushed me saying they were all out. Then someone seemingly the manager or the employee that kind of knew what they were doing barely acknowledged and I asked for a refund. She said I had to go online for that. I said there is no option to do that on the site. She kept arguing with me claiming that it was and I kept saying I ordered on your site and checked out as a guest there is no way I can get my own refund. Then she was like I cannot refund you and got flustered. Then finally said I will make the drink. They don’t even know their online products eesh. Only gave it 2 stars because I got the drink but they made me feel like a criminal for asking for something I paid for.

My dish didn’t even make it to my house before the bag spread open bcus it was soaked. I asked the guy not to put liquid in it and to drain every item and it’s almost as if I told them to add more water to it. When I picked up the bag everything came out onto my car, my consul, my lap and my food was upside down. You guys have got to use better containers for takeout. I understand you want to use biodegradable for the environment but there are better containers out there than what you guys use. This is ridiculous. I want to eat my food; not wear it!!!! So angry !!!!

I was a bit disappointed as I had a bad experience here with the lady who served here is not following basic cleanliness . .she kept a weird expression when I asked to change gloves before serving since I opted a veggie bowl ..this is 1st time I faced such situation in chipotle in US. It was dirty from the back exit to the front, the service was bad i got ta chicken bowl the guy skimped me on the chicken, i asked for chips the young girl did not ring it up on my ticket when i was paying i looked in my bag asked where are my chips she had the gall to ask me for 1.80 i paid with a card for my meal i was not about to pay for chips for 1.80 WORST SERVICE IN CULVER CITY, I did not get my chips, I will never eat nor get take out from this TRASH restaurant again, THE WORST SERVICE

Really bad chipotle 🙁 all the employees were standing around chatting with no one at the counter. Was told there was no lettuce and no steak because they didn’t receive the shipment. The girl taking payments was rude. Super dirty inside. Half of the drinks were empty. Never seen a chipotle this bad.
