So I love chipotle. But this location lacks people that want to work . Tables are always dirty, and the food trays are always empty looking old and dirty as well. Just wanted to share the experience to maybe help this location in the future .

Smallest portions of all chipotle restaurants I’ve been to, bad customer service expect to get 1/3 full bowl, you can get more meat out of a taco at any taco truck but here it cost $9.08 just for a 1/3 full bowl no soda, if you’re hungry stay away, I moved the lettuce so it looks more full but still you could see the bottom of the plate

I can see why there is so many bad reviews for this location. You guys need workers with better customer service. This was the most awful service I’ve gotten in years yet alone chipotle. I’m a faithful chipotle customer but the girls who worked night shift tonight make me never want to come back. I asked a simple question about slicing a quesadilla four ways because it was for a child and it’s easier then that thick two slice cut in the middle. Two of the girls refused to do something so simple for me, saying corporate won’t let them. Ummmm corporate won’t let you cut it 4 ways what ??? The Longbeach location had no problem with that! And she proceeded to give me attitude and argue with me OVER A Quesadilla being sliced like what! Clearly it had nothing to do with me she just hates working there! There are plenty of other people who would be grateful for that job! Please fix your staff in this location because I’m not the only one complaining! She was Latina with dark hair with a low pony tail. At 9:20pm on Oct 25.

Not coming here again, the most Odd Chipotle I ever came to. Their prices are not listed for tacos nor don’t serve large Quesdillas to customers only online orders. If you want better sales provide more value then just name of products. Provide more info on items that are present.. don’t allow customers to guess what’s available on the Menu …..
