I’ve had great experiences at Chipotle before but this time I WAS THE UNLUCKY CUSTOMER EATING A BUG. Not even a small bug, you can see in the picture that the head (which was all that was left over… and we couldn’t find the rest of the body in the bite I spit out) is about the size of a kernel of corn. This was a BIG bug I had unknowingly snacked on. I went to the register to see if I could get some help and all that was offered was a choice between a new burrito or a refund. I appreciate that I at least didn’t have to pay for my burrito but most of the time people get paid to eat a bug by their dumb friends, not be offered a free bug from Chipotle.

I got there 2 1/2 hrs before closing, and the only protein they had was Carnitas, asked if they gonna do some more, they say you should try Carnitas, in a sarcastic customer service demeanor, implying that’s all we got. When I finished eating I approach the counter again, and some protein were refilled. And the new Chicken Al Pastor is a permanent MIA that has its own permanent sign

This is the second time I’ve been to this location, and both times, they were scrimping on the amount of rice and beans they give you.. They put like 1 small scoop of each and I had to ask for more rice and beans and they added like half a scoop of each.. Not sure why they’re stingy with the portion sizes here, but it’s def different than any other chipotle I’d ever been to

I would avoid this Chipotle at all costs. The rice was hard as a rock, the ingredients were horrible, and the lettuce was not even green. I would recommend driving 15 minutes to a different Chipotle.
