Honestly I thought this place was fine until today. Ordered a steak burrito and turned into a veggie burrito. I don’t think I ate a single piece of steak that didn’t have fat in it. Wait I didn’t it’s all there. One or two pieces is fine but the whole burrito? Like wow.

Very dirty, i ask a worker to clean my table 2xs … had to ask her again because she didnt clean it… she came over and just dust the table and walk away.. i call her back bcuz my seats were so dirty… she came back and literally dust it aswell.. the seats were still dirty and wet.. had to get myself napkins and clean it myself. Rude since the beginin when i kindly ask her if someone can clean my table.

I had an employee named Jessica be extremely rude and condescending with me. I tried to not take it personal, I understand everyone has bad days- I’ve worked in the food service before, I get it -but she started to give me even more attitude after I asked if she could avoid the chicken piece in the queso container. She rolled her eyes, raised her voice and spoke back at me with an attitude. The person in line behind me also noticed and said she wouldn’t return to that location because employees are obviously rude. I also asked for light sour cream, red sauce and cheese and I got a bowl of basically only red sauce that’s impossible to eat. Super lame

This girl Andrea hosted & she was insane the girl gave made my burrito so bomb that i obliterated the toilet later, the pipes Literally bursted i had to call the plumber & he charged me a dime or 2, but so worth it. Andrea made my burrito with love and i felt it. I look forward to returning to this location just to expirience andreas customer service, she took care of me as she should. On the other hand, there was this heinous smell coming from the front door. I noticed baby racoons within the bushes. Please take care of that. THANKYOU ANDREA I LOVE YOU GIRL

Food is not even prepared before when they know there running low what a business this is this is the first time I been to a chipotle where they say they have no food. Management needs to step it up or get a new one on duty cause they are all just talking and don’t even know what to do like wow when it comes to the food business always have someone making more before you run out I won’t be returning I’ll take my money elsewhere where the actually have the food ready and not have customers waiting your pretty much lossing business than gaining it

I usually go to this place, it is normally really good in the amount they put in your bowls. However this time they gave me almost rotten guacamole. It was really brown and I did not want to have to drive back to the store and get another one when they shouldn’t be giving this to customers anyways. I smelled and tasted it and it tasted fine, but some parts tasted sour and I could not finish it. I hope next time they throw out the scraps and don’t give it customers. I ordered online, by the way.
