While I am aware that busy hours can be hectic for the staff, the level of customer service I received was unacceptably low. I found myself repeating my order multiple times due to an apparent lack of attention, only to be met with frustration from the staff member serving me. Unfortunately, even with the additional clarification, my order was still filled incorrectly, with multiple wrong ingredients included in my bowl.

My brother ordered food online and picked it up and brought it home. My bowl had everything in it except the meat, which is chicken. How do you forget the most important part of the bowl???? At chipotle, we’re only paying for the meat, not even for the rice, beans, vegetables, etc. because theyre all optional. they forgot the one thing that i actially paid for. horrible experience

So yesterday my daughter and I went to eat at Chipotle my daughter does not eat meat so she ordered a veggie salad we got home and as we started to eat she made this face and pulled out a chicken bone she was obviously disgusted and then she went to go throw up the food.right away I called the store and let them know the manager there was respectful and professional and I know it’s not his fault but I think it’s very important every company think of all the people that are out there in their beliefs and how they eat, keep utensil for one item, don’t mix match, keep meat away from veggie items and create space my daughter mention that she will probably never eat at a Chipotle again. We understand accidents happen but actions should be taken so they don’t happen.
