I ordered 4 bowls and 3 chips & guac for pickup. When I picked up the order, one of the employees only handed me one bag, so I made sure and asked the guy if everything is in the bag, he looked at the inside for a few seconds and said yes. I drove 15 minutes to my home and found out that I’m missing more than half of my order. I went back there and told the guy what happened, he went inside the kitchen and picked up another bag with the rest of my order. I told them to double-check next time so people don’t have to waste their time like this, and I got no apologies whatsoever from the employees, instead they looked at each other as if it was my fault, and just waive me off with a quick ‘have a good one’. I don’t expect a lot from people working in ‘fast-food’ service industry, but the employees working here are the worst I’ve ever encountered.

There are many Chipotle locations that just is, better. This one in particular is not it. I will typically come here to order food because I do not want to travel a few extra miles to grab some grub. The first thing you will notice is the terrible entrance and the presentation of the food. It is a mess, unsanitary feel. I watched one of the employees use the sanitary bucket to wipe the counter on the line, then proceeded to continue using the gloves they wiped with. C’mon, really? When I ask for double or extra, I get less than what I asked for. As always, I will always ask for a side of chips to which there is never anything so I have to wait additional minutes for one.

Food was good. Split a bowl with my daughter….man in front of me had a dog…yuck. a dog in a restaurant. It doesn’t even matter your opinion about it because Chipotle has a no pet inside policy. Yet there was one. Even jumped on the counter with front feet…sickening. the worker didn’t have a clue and phone number didn’t connect.

Every time I order online, they always give me so little. The picture shows what they gave me. I took no bites and that’s all I got. I also ordered extra lettuce but there is no lettuce in this bowl. If you want to order from here, go in person. Ordering online is a scam.

They overcharged me on my tacos and when I asked for a receipt they said the paper was out so I couldn’t prove it. The girl was SO RUDE about it too. She told me to get back in line another time if I wanted a receipt.
