Despite their history, I’ve been eating there for a while now. I have not gotten sick yet, and I hope I never will. I do wish they add more protein to their servings and not more of the other stuff. I certainly wish their price on the guacamole can be reduced? I mean, the sourcream is served at no cost! C’mon Chipotle, don’t go cheap-otle on me.

It was a bit slow because they had a few large orders…maybe Uber Eats, etc. But those Youngsters were HANDLING it though. Going as fast as they could and still trying to help the customers in line. They were all poisoned and not panicking. They seem to really be working as a TEAM! They were awesome! 2 Thumbs up!

Came up from long beach Seal Beach store was dirty and nasty I ask if someone would clean the tables the place was pretty empty but one felt like cleaning so we did not eat here I have never seen anything like this before.

Only my 11 & 16yr olds wanted Chipotle. I went in w/them to pay. Yikes!!! Nasty. Food counter had food stuck on it. My children wanted double portions (so, we pay more, so what!?) Totally ignored their requests! I didn’t know until after we were back in the vehicle.

I had the worst experience. I went in for take out and the worker gave me the worst attitude and when he was wrapping the burrito with foil HE DID NOT WRAP IT CORRECTLY SO THE BURRITO TOUCHED THE DIRTY COUNTERTOP!! Never going there again

Great food! Current staff could be a little bit more friendly and customer-service oriented. Loved that they have healthier drink options with turmeric and cardamom now. (That being said, the Orange drink still looks like an unnatural orange. Hopefully no dyes are in these.)

I go to this Chipotle location A LOT….With that being said, a few staff members could have a better attitude. One employee who stands out the most who always has a great attitude, super friendly, never seems put out when I ask for something to be done different, like my salsa on the side or sour cream on the side. This employee should be made employee of the year, Her name is Roxy and she is an outstanding person to be greeted by when I place my order. If all employees treated customers the way she does this Chipotle would have perfect employees. Roxy would be the perfect person to train employees and they could learn how to be an AMAZING employee.
