The counters are extremely dirty and unpleasant. I stood in a very long that extended to the entrance, only 1 person serving food, 1 cashier, 1 cook and 2 other people do nothing. This is worst chipotle. The staff had no drive to get the line down but just stared at me.

The staff was extremely slow, took them 20-30mins to serve 5 people, since they were prioritizing mobile orders first. The counter was not cleaned properly, the location is understaffed and the staff themselves weren’t just barely nice enough to get through the day.

Shave the beards! If you want to work in the food industry shave your beards, there is nothing appealing about them. Learn from the best Chef Gordon Ramsay! Will not be returning for a month(s). If and when I return, I expect those beards to be shaved!

Horrible customer service my wife and children were standing in line for 5 whole minutes not even one word from the employees. Not a “ill be with you in a bit” or “welcome” not one peep. They didn’t look at her and she was the one that was supposed to be ordering!
