My hubby asked for cilantro. The young worker asked his coworker if they had any. Her response was if it’s not there there probably isn’t any. He told hubby there wasnt any. I followed up and asked if he could check with the cook. Turns out, all they needed to do was bring some out of the back. No apology came from the lady worker. Her initial response seemed to come from laziness and a lack of motivation to provide good customer service.

The last few times I have been there or ordered my bowls have been packed! I wish they hadn’t raised the prices but I am glad they are filling the bowls beyond the rim! This one is half eaten because eI forgot to take a picture until I was halfway through.

I avoid this branch because compared to other Chipotle’s in SCV, this one has really bland flavor. When I come here to order my usual steak bowl, I have to add extra salt & pepper or it will taste very bland. Also the staff here is very young and poorly trained. One of the girls there tore the carryout paper bag and still tried to put my food in it while acting like nothing happened. I had to ask for a new bag or my food could have spilled on the way home and she didn’t even bother apologize. What kind of customer service is this?
